Hello, I am Shaishavi Shikrapurkar. I am the person behind Shaish Photography.
My photographic journey started around 10 years back with Landscapes and Macro Photography. I love nature and and its intricate details, flowers being my all time favourite subject. Landscapes, Seascapes, Travel and Architecture Photography not only encouraged me to learn the intricacies of photography but also helped me to learn professional photo editing. Portrait Photography, especially Kids Portraits helped me to gain confidence to handle varied groups of people and to bring them out of their comfort zone and pose naturally for the camera. I love candid shots the most as that's when the most natural photographs come out.
Amidst the Covid Scenario, Food Photography was a natural progression as we are big foodies as a family and love cooking new cuisines on weekends. Most of the cooking part is curtesy my husband, who is a fantastic cook. Started getting Food Photography and Product Photography related client assignments and am so thrilled to say that its been an exhilarating experience these past few months to see my work shared on social media platforms and websites.
I have started on this journey to explore new avenues, new genres and learn something new each and every day not only about photography, but also about myself. This journey is not only about giving my best and creating absolute joy for my clients. It is also about discovering my self through this journey.
Presently I am based in Singapore and look forward to work on some exciting projects.
